Rubber antioxidant DNP is an important chemical raw material, mainly used in rubber, latex and plastic antioxidant. Rubber antioxidant DNP has superior heat aging, natural aging and resistance to harmful metals such as copper and manganese, and also has the function of anti-ultraviolet light in styrene butadiene rubber.

Rubber antioxidant DNP is a gray powder crystal, and its color gradually becomes dark gray when it encounters light for a long time. Rubber antioxidant DNP is insoluble in water and gasoline, but slightly soluble in acetone and chlorobenzene, easily soluble in hot aniline and nitrobenzene, and also soluble in hot acetic acid. This special dissolving property allows the rubber antioxidant DNP to be uniformly dispersed during the processing of rubber and plastics, thus playing its antioxidant role.
